No matter what is your hair type-Be it Oily,Dry,Damaged or rebounded,It's very important to take care of your hair's health.The 4 simple steps especially for dry ,damaged or frizzy hair are-

*Oiling, shampoo,serum -Regular care. and Masque (once in 15 days or once in a month depending upon your requirement).

*There are many nice hair masks available in market .An effective  home made mask can be simply prepared by mixing yogurt with egg (amount depends on the length of your hairs.normal formula goes like 2 tab spoon for one egg).If you don't want to mix egg then you can also add multani mitti in yogurt.This masque will add shine to your hairs & will add body to your hairs.

*Pamper your hairs with a Hot oil treatment at home once in a while by keeping the plastic bottle-containing oil - in warm water for 3-4 min & then give your head a good massage.

*If you've thin & fine hairs use a light oil for your hair.Because if you use a thick oil like olive oil ,you will need to shampoo more- which can further damage your hairs instead of making them better & can also result in hair fall.

*After cleansing your hairs , pour a mug of quality Beer on damp hairs.let it settle for 2 minutes then wash afterwards with water.If your hairs are oily then you can skip rinsing with water, after pouring beer.Beer makes your hair soft & very shiny.

*for 25+ ,massage your hairs with Vitamin E hair capsules/anti ageing capsules monthly.It helps in preventing premature graying & other hair problems that comes with age.
